Its road runner email I'm trying to setup. What other replies have said about SMTP authentication is correct /if/ your ISP supports SMTP authentication. A quick look at roadrunners FAQs, and a quick bit of googling, indicates that roadrunner does not support SMTP authentication, and therefore you cannot send email

I ran through the motions of verification with the client by I then hooked back up my 2 computers (cable modem sharing configuration) and sent email from my host to my client, through my service provider (roadrunner).
